I had measured correctly, I merely ingested the wrong pile. At aproximately 1:30PM I ingested 34mg of this substance (as opposed to the 7mg I was intending.)
Come up was fairly slow, actually. Slow enough that I didn't realize my folly until it was already too late to induce vomiting, in any event.
2:00 - feeling in limbs a tingly, floating feeling.

By 2:30 I was pretty much incapacitated. There were no real mental effects, which is an incredible saving grace, so if I concentrated hard I could still accomplish small tasks like taking my pulse rate(133bpm) and operating a blood pressure cuff. Sedantary effects are felt very strongly. If I force myself I can stand and walk around the room / house however there is no desire to do so.

3:00-4:00PM - I take a long bath and lay down, hoping to fall asleep. However, muscle twitching and clonus in legs develops... possible signs of serotonin toxicity? Hypnic jerks prevent any kind of sleep as one will occur as soon as I fall asleep and the feeling of being short of breath develops. It feels as though my involuntary breathing reflex has been turned off and I develop a fear of falling asleep, thinking the hypnic jerks that wake me up are cases of apnea when I stop breathing. This line of thinking is very troubling. I reassure myself that I am not going to die by redoing my pulse and blood pressure and digging a pulse oximeter out of my closet. All are elevated but not to the point where I am concerned.

4:00PM-3:00 AM - I spend most of this time twitching and breathing heavily, occasionally falling asleep just to snap back awake a moment later due to the hypnic jerks. The entire experience is sucks. I had some deja vu here, at least I was watching Fox News (I lost the remote) and I remember feeling over and over like I had just heard this a while before. I fall asleep at around 5AM and wake again at 6PM.

Now, about +36 hours from ingesting I've returned to a baseline. However, slight twitching in lower extremities remain, or rather the urge to twitch them similar to a mild case of "restless leg syndrome." I am hoping this will pass in the next few days.

As I see it this is not an overdose at all.
Said subject is still living and did not experience any sickness
just not being able to sleep.

They've told me that their "twitchiness" lasted about a week after this incident but as of now they're back to normal.
