that's pretty cool, must be cool looking back and seeing how much has changed.. but yea it's still the same game deep down heh, i'm getting pretty tired of it, but i still play.

but yea, left 4 dead looks pretty fucked up.. personally i'm looking forward to TF2 man, that should be fun, i always liked team fortress

 

everyone stopped playing the good maps wayy before 1.6

Nuke, Docks, Militia, Backalley

and smoke grenade parties in Dust meant if u didnt have a cable connection, you'd be shotgun food

sounds like fun times.. the game as a whole is a lot less fun now, too many crybaby/power-tripped admins and shit, and yea people just overplay all the same maps.

they redid militia now and totally killed the simplicity of it. the old one was amazing, still could have been improved, but the source one now is just a big mess..
backalley was always a fav map of mine, but yea that was dead by the time the game was retail.. same with siege

you ever play any of the crazy NIPPER maps with the cars and shit? i used to be hooked to all those

 

1.6 is better

 

No way because 1.6 had the shield which meant a pussy would stand in a corner and try to hide. Source is great. Besides graphics, surfing is one of my favorite things to do because no one knows everything there can be about surfing. It would be impossible because new maps come out just about daily and you really have to know the map. Surfing is pretty addictibe though.

good game, i used to play hours of it. I like the normal maps and clan wars, so much fun.

the scout is such a good gun because you can run really fast with it

 

cs is a fun game. i play all the time

 

i play most nights, its addictive. <3 scouting.

 

CS:S is too arcade.

 

if u like css u should give team fortress 2 a go. its a great game. i love flying thru the air and firing rockets at people.

Team Fortress 2 is amazing, so fun, if you're into that of course

I love CS:S, I used to play 1.6 and although it is classic no doubt, Source blows it away in the graphics aspect, and if you have a supporting computer, it's a blast.

Lately I've been playing gun games, and it's such good practice, my headshot skill is disgusting now

I played CS:S a little while ago and now i play it all the time.
My computer broke and my friend gave me an old one with a pentium 4 and a 64mb graphics card and it still runs fine.
Its so fun to play but i get kicked all the time because i have really high ping because ive got dial up.
