Very true, we also say wankstain, whazzock, tosser, tosspot, nob, nobber, sod, bugger, twat, pillock, prat, plonker, numpty, slag, git, arse and many other not very insulting insults.
Yes, my grandma was English and I was practically weaned on British sitcoms and movies. I don't know about the accent though...
BUGGER! I love brit insults. And to be fair, you can pass as a Brit being whatever colour and race. Doesnt matter, well not for me.
My family are all English. When I lived in Newcastle, everybody mistook me for a Londoner. But then Geordies are not known for their intelligence.
LOL.... you know im honestly considering picking up a girl using a british accent... i think alot of women in america fantasize about catching the eye of some suave foreigner with a thick but completely understandable accent who turns out to be mr.perfect and i fantasize about having an accent... gentlemen, its a go......il report back tomorrow if i happen to remember to do it and spot a girl by herself
Completely.. I used to have a British accent when I was little and first learned to speak English.. besides, I'm pale, freckled, and have light eyes..
same here, I could probably pass for a frenchie... but living in Montreal for a bit is kind of a cheat on that one also a Russian.
