Could I pull dreads off?

I didn't know dreads had a certain personality associated with them.

Props on going neglect though. I'm not a big fan of backcombing. I think it's silly

Not to worry, anyone can pull them off. Hell, I would argue that anyone can pull anything off as long as they believe they can. Grow them bad boys, it's a good experience.
