Correlation between development age and breast size

A few questions: If girls develop breasts early, do their breasts tend to be larger when fully grown?

And in kind, for girls who develop late, do their breasts tend to be smaller?

Or does early development have no effect on their eventual size?

I ask because my wife is large-breasted, and she started developing very early. And sometimes I read (such as posts here on HF) about women who say they are large, and they mention something like, "(I developed really early"), as if early development was the cause of their large busts.

So I was wondering if there's something to the correlation, or if early development has no bearing on fully-grown size.

Probably sometimes. But other times, seems plausible.
