    Who watches this show? I used to think it was crap, but once I was ble to understand the crazy accents I actually started likeing it! Me and my mom watch it... it's been on the air more then 30! They must be doing something right. Ever notcie how every one on the show drinks ALL DAY, like WTF?:cheers2:

    Been on the air nearly 50 years - next year is its half century anniversary, I believe...

    Oh and I think it's pretty crap... it used to have some social relevance back in the 60s, with decent writing dealing with social issues in a new way, but for as long as I can remember it's been a terrible sensational soap, very poorly written and produced.

    i watch it from time to time but shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

    Are you behind on it at all?
    Or is it the same stuff we are watching?

    I used to have a penpal when I was younger bout 11/12 and she lived in Australia ans I used to ask her what happened in 'neighbours and home and away' as we were a few months behind too.Bet she got well annoyed :)
    I like eastenders better though do you watch that?

    love Corrie and the Manchester accent is awesome :) even my mum has got back into it lately after like 10 yrs

    It has been the stepping stone for many actors who went on to bigger and better things such as Martin Shaw, Arthur Lowe and Joanna Lumley.
