Probably make sure they bruise blue and I would do a spore print as well as mattekat suggested.

 

Are the gills free from the stipe? Do you have a mature specimen as well as younger ones to examine? Is the stem bulbous at the bottom, is it hollow? What was it growing on? There are sooooooo many factors to take into account before you know what kind of mushroom you have. These don't have many very deadly lookalikes, but you could easily eat the wrong thing and spend the next few days over a toilet.
