humbolt is a realtors dream.They sell the land to the capitalist growers who

Some guy who who ran from Bakersfiedl To Sacramento for what I seem to remember for N.O.R.M.L. and the big now defunked greatest radio station of all time KMET- THE MIGHT MET. Anything within a 200 mile range "close to L.A." on/at/near the beach will be ultra expensive.

Unless job is the issue, I suggest something like the central coast.
But that's not close to L.A.
