A properly fitting bike is actually a great low impact way to strengthen the muscles round your knees which alot of times leads to a decrease in knee pain. Thts what my physical therapist told me after my knee surgery.

Yeah being dizzy that long after bumpin your head is probably no good. Im no doctor but if it keeps up Id get it checked out to make sure everything in your rain is relatively in tact.

Oh yeah Im having so much fun at work that I was suffering from fun overload and had to get on here and post to break up the intense level of fun. But in all honesty I cannot wait til 4 so I can get out on the bike. It will be my last ride/training session till my race on Sunday so I gotta make it worth it. Ive def got some work related frustrations that I plan to use to fuel the ride.

not really, the movie as far as the story and script are concerned was mediocre at best. but the execution was fabulous, BUT! i understand that this is a first movie, and so much time has to go towards the origins, but it was intense. next movie will be better.

besides i couldnt take jeff bridges seriously as a bad guy, all i could think of was "the chinaman pissed on my rug man"

 

I don't think there's plans for another Ironman as of yet.. they are building up for the Avengers movie... Hulk.. Ironman.. then Thor and Capt. America... and then Avengers
