Convo up in this bitch

that sounds like my spanish teacher that i had last year. we used to have "group quizzes" where she'd take the quiz with us and we'd like do it as a class haha. all of this counting as grades, of course. i think we took, at the most, 4 real tests in that class

 

A sign language class sounds pretty fucking cool.

 

my english teacher in high school was like that. it was sweet

are you taking it because you know someone who's deaf? or just because it sounded like a cool class

 

my 2 friends took it last semester and they said it was pretty easy and fun,
so i decided to schedule it on.. i don't know anybody that is deaf though,
i should try to make friends with some deaf people though, so i can actually use the sign language i'm learning haha


my roommate just came in SOAKING wet from it raining outside..
i hate rain, and cold weather.

 

hm if you're getting rained on that means fairly soon i'll be getting rained on.

which could spell for a diaster since i'm going to watch my brother's parade later

Well I thought tonight would suck, but all I have to do is study for 3 quarter exams. So I am going to start drinking this new bottle of wine and study until my friend gets off work at like 7 as he wants to hang out tonight. That means I get to smoke tonight and tomorrow morning which is fine for me

 

Tell me about it. I like to post at work myself, when I have time but I don't think I ever get that close. Then again. I don't normally spend time doing the convo thing. Going to be a late night for me and I need a distraction.

 

What do you work as

 

I guess you could say that I have a ton of homework myself tonight but I am not going to be doing it at home.

 

Catering Sales. I handle like 4 million dollars a year in business.

 

Doesn't sound like too bad of a job,

 

My buddies father owns a restaurant/catering business, he works like 70 hrs a week minimum. Its not uncommon for him to go in for the normal restaurant hours then at the end of the day prepare all the food for a catered event the next day, then cater the event and basically end up working for 2 days straight, but he absolutely loves it. I look up to him he is one of the most dedicated people I have ever seen.

 

Yeah, I really enjoy what I do. It's a great job. There are not a lot of people who can do what I do so I feel pretty good about that also. I used to be a working chef also but now I handle just the sales. I expect to put in a lot of hours over the next couple of weeks. I think the most I ever worked was like 36 hours straight. I might have done more but they told me to go home. The problem right now is I am already tired. I have had to bust my hump all week and then I even came in on my days off. I can see myself taking little naps on the floor tonight.
