True, True. I think this would be a good subject for a poll.

Alright, I got to bail for now. Got to go check on my events. Talk to you all later.

    Baby back?
Pull the membrane off and rub down with salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, celery salt + more random shit

The REAL way to success is the cooking method, though. Low and slow.

I would love to go to KC. I have just not had the chance. I may have to make a road trip. Intrested in showing me the right places to eat? Unfortunatly, I am going to occupied for the most part until mid July and into August so I might hit you up then. I will let you know.

    Later all!

I wish you people could try a locally made/distributed BBQ sauce we have in my area. It's called Strickland's and is fuckin bomb. It's the perfect mix of spicy and tangy. They sell it in quantities as low as 16oz and as high as 1 gallon. lol

Strickland's BBQ sauce can make any and all of your BBQ dreams come true:D

Well that's your problem - no smart soul drives around the outskirts of KC, because, yes, it does in fact smell like complete asshole. We have a paint factory in North Kansas City that makes the entire town smell like a decroded shit pile.

We also have a bunch of chemical plants in Kansas City, Kansas that smell horrible. Along with GM plants that tend to leave a nasty phantom smell in your nostrils.

But the city is actually tight. The skyline is a little small - but there are some really cool buildings and some chill ass spots.

Yo TNS (actually everyone) - we should all buy small amounts of our favorite local BBQ sauce and mail them around sometime. Easier than traveling :p

I feel like the biggest fucking loser ever whenever I watch Frazier....and laugh :\

Word, southern KC (you're south right?) doesn't have any factories, and it's pretty clean down there.
Right north of the river is all factory and industrial parks and railroad yards. I'm a little farther north than those in semi-suburbia.

I've actually thought about doing that, because everyone should be fortunate enough to taste Strickland's BBQ sauce. The Strickland family actually had their own BBQ restaurant in my town, but they closed down and just started distributing large amounts of their sauce. It's magnabulous.

yeah i'm in south. i love the fresh air at night. I find myself north of the river now and then never really noticed bad smells that bad. I think the sewage place i'm thinking of is off 435.

KC is a nice - medium sized city. It's got a lot of leg room too in the suburbs.

Yeah, it doesn't smell except for in Northtown and then like North East really...

I don't venture off around 435 too much to the East, but the West loop I used to hang - it's nice and quiet over there with a lot of country. The North bend of 435 has some nice spots I've discovered recently, too.

I'd have to spread Gates. I don't think I've seen Arthur Bryants sauce being sold separately, but I could be wrong. I'm not a huge fan of Arthur sauce as much as I like their meats. Gates is nice and peppery.
