no shit.. what about the peeps that work 3rd shift... the should be able to wake up at noon and go get breakfast from McD's.. im not one of these 3rd shifters.. but.. they could help make my life better by protesting these issues

So my roommate and I both took a lot of adderall last semester. And I do mean a lot. We used it for school a lot, but also just to get fucked up and not sleep for a couple days. He decides that he'd like a prescription, and goes to a doctor. He TELLS the doctor that he took it illegally to help with classes and would like some. And he gets a script for 30mg a day...
WTF? What kind of doctor knowingly gives someone who has abused amphetamines a prescription for them after they ask?

 

honesty gets you places sometimes.. just word it correctly.. be like "i was having problems studying and a friend of mine told me to try taking one of these pills.. he assured me it was safe and it helped a lot."

 

He didn't know he abused them, just used them.

yeah, I guess so. he said he played dumb and pretended not to know how much he took, but he did tell the doc that he took it a lot. We both made Dean's List btw.

I don't even know if I'd want a script for that shit. I was taking mega doses, like 150-200mg's a day just because it was so available. And you have to keep going because you didn't sleep and you wouldn't want to be tired in class so you'd take some in the morning. And you'd take even more in the afternoon and night so you'd do your work, and then you wouldn't sleep, and so on. Let's just say we both ended up getting real strung out.

I would like a painkiller script though....

 

i just swipe some pills from my sister whenever i want addy, and i dont need to feel guilty either because she rarely takes the IR, just the ER.
