UM that isn't even from mercury dude, you got a picture of someone exposed to a White Phosphorous Bomb

Plus I would hope you and they would both realize not to INHALE the fumes. They won't cause damage if you don't breathe the vapor in, and honestly a small amount of mercury burning outside isn't going to produce much vapor.
