I toked in the shower everyday before school for an entire year and never once got caught or suspected, though that is because I am known to take long showers anyway. I would always open the window, turn on the shower fan, and turn on the water and let it start to heat up. While the water is heating up I made sure to do all of my smoking so the steam should intensify as you are smoking thus covering it up. I also used a sploof every once in awhile if the hit was massive. Then after you smoke, just take a shower and the scents drifting from that should take care of whatever pot smoke might be left.

EDIT: Don't hotbox a j or blunt in the shower as you can't really account for all the smoke entering the room when you aren't even hitting it.

Lol the first couple times i started to drive i was high as well,
