Hydromorphone.. its basically the king of synthetic opiates.. when IV'ed its basically the closest thing to heroin as far as rush and euphoria are concerned.. from what i've been told and have read.. but i dont IV things..

I know what you mean. I actually feel like getting out and doing stuff when I'm on xanax too. I have some pretty severe social anxiety, as well as general anxiety, and when I take xanax......NOTHING bothers me.

Ha, I remember one time I took some xanax, and we smoked a blunt, and we had to go drop someone off and walking down the hallway I was like sideways leaning against the wall with my should to prop myself up, ha I didn't even notice till my friend pointed it out.
