One way to control your anger is to start doing something to burn off your aggresion. Like, working out or some type of meditation. I used to get stressed out all the time, but ever since I started working out and also involving yoga in my daily routine, my anger subsided and I feel a lot better. Instead of drinking every night, just drink once in a while and in moderation...........

Its a rare occasional when I actually get angry. When I do though, I usually laugh or cry. I can't express anger, I'm totally afraid to feel it.

stellablue, I do that too. When I'm really mad I cry and I hate that. It doesn't happen so much anymore, but when it used to, I would feel so helpless. I wonder sometimes if it is because when I was a child I wasn't allowed to show anger.

As others here have noted, it's worth learning behaviors to control anger, but the inner child is always there too. And day to day stresses can really build up, so it's good to learn constructive outlets.

Actually, I like the slurpee idea. Just get some kind of slingshot or catapult and fling that mess onto whichever vehicle is causing mayhem. Good idea. It's not deadly and it gets the point across.

although now I am reminded of the time some @#$%^ (hidden from my view)flung a balloon full of eggs on my windshield for absolutely no reason, just kicks, but a slurpee washes off easily with the windshield fluid. The eggs didn't. that was a panic. It was at night too. Talk about road rage, I had it that night.
