Construction sector contracts.

Anyone remember the scumbag promise made many months ago they would build more than 200,000 homes ???

If that is case, why then has construction industry contracted ??? Is it because, (much as I expected) the figures mentioned by the scumbag 'nasty party' had no basis in fact whatsoever and they never intended to build anywhere near that number of homes.
