They have just had to be used during intercourse for the past 22 years & until I no longer need to use for that, the more I'm looking forward to it. They just take away the skin contact & some of the stimulation & pleasure out of intercourse. They can be used in other ways during sex, so they are multi use.
I don't buy them as I haven't had to use condoms with any girl in a long time, I have an untouched pack left from several years ago.
Yes, of course. I met my current girl online and we had plenty of time to talk these things through before we could start having sex. So when we finally did, it was already agreed that we would go bareback from day one and I could cum inside her. Before that I'd had casual unprotected sex with a few random girls I hooked up with, though. I hate condoms, and most girls seem to as well. Especially in the heat of the moment. These girls never mentioned condoms when we were about to have intercourse, and so I just invited myself into the lovely wetness and never looked back. No negative consequences, thankfully.
This thread reminds me of a guy I dated for seven years. He would but the Ansell Checkmates 48 packs from the chemist. One day he came back out to the car with a BRIGHT red face. I asked him what happened and he said the pharmacist commented, "You're a bit optimistic aren't ya?" I thought it was hysterical but he never went back there. As a woman I don't like condoms either but I wouldn't like a life long illness even less. Everyone thinks its not going to happen to them. A guy's pleasure doesn't rate compared to my health.
you bring up an interesting point. I've always had condoms in bulk because I have a friend who works in the healthcare industry & would give me boxes filled with dozens of different brands, sizes, textures, etc. I would just dump the box out in my nightstand drawer so they would be readily available when needed. I never thought about a girl analyzing why I had em in bulk. I thought it would show I was prepared & responsible. Perhaps I need to re-think this?
Bulk lots are cheaper if you can find them on websites or auction websites like I got mine from recently
The ones I bought were packs of 12's & I bought 5 packets & it was an auction website I got them thru. It was much cheaper than buying thru a chemist or supermarket - even if they do come up on a special in a supermarket, they were much cheaper on the website I got mine. So my 5 packets will last me for a long time.
So how much do they charge in Aussie supermarkets for 1 packet of 12 condoms ? Mine are the Durex Confidence types. Think I paid about $20 - $30 for the 5 packets. That's a real deal !
Usually if me and my boyfriend buy condoms, we get the bigger boxes because we are a little more active than most couples. But if we weren't as active, I definitely wouldn't want to buy very many at a time because I get too paranoid if they sit in the drawer too long. But, girls (and guys) if you hook up with someone and they have their condoms in a big box that's already open in their car, there's a sign there. Not only could their condoms be ruined, but you aren't the first person they've screwed in that car, and you probably won't be the last. Run. Lol
The main reason I bought the bulk amount of condoms I did a few months ago was because of the cheap price & because they were the same types I have used before
Yeah I buy in bulk, saves me more awkwardness of buying them in the first place and looking the clerk in the eye.
We don't use them. I find them very frustrating to put on. Missus is on the pill so no need. Think we used them the first 4 or 5 times and it was in a big 20 box pack. I think we still have them too but I'd assume they have expired.
don't need them - but dental dams are a lot more expensive so I prefer to really get to know anyone and be tested I have never been to a clinic that carried dental dams, have to get them myself
