Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)

What is the Federal Emergency Management Agency? Simply put, it is the "secret government". This agency has powers and authority that go well beyond any other agency in the nation. What can FEMA do? It can suspend laws. It can move entire populations. It can arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and can hold them without a trial. It can seize property, food supplies, and transportation systems. And it can even suspend the Constitution of the United States.

When the first concept had been presented, its original mission was to assure the survivability of the United States Government in the event of a nuclear attack. It's secondary function was to be a Federal coordinating body during times of domestic disasters. These disasters consisted of earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes.

The "secret" black helicopters that are reported throughout the US, mainly in the West California, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado areas are flown by FEMA personnel. It has been given the responsibility for many new national disasters such as forest fires, home heating emergencies, refugee situations, riots, and emergency planning for nuclear and toxic incidents. It works together with the Sixth Army in the West.

A series of Executive Orders (EO) was used to create FEMA. It does not matter whether an EO is Constitutional or not, it becomes a law simply by being published in the Federal Registry. These orders go around Congress.

Well I was brought up in the "Capitalist" system.That means rule by people with the most money.I never thought that system would imminently collapse.
So my indoctrination and learning has been caused by that system.
I have taken the Materialist disease.I wouldn't create a society like Capitalism.Because I know its shams.
But I wouldn't give up the money and methods that give me freedom over others.

Capitalism is basically thinking the size of your wallet equals the size of your cock.
And in Capitalism, in many ways its true- even tho it shouldn't be.

Communism, working for a greater good, rather than false adulation is much healthier.
But Soviet Communism didn't grow in a way as Marx intended.
It had abuse of political instead of economic power.It was constantly at war with Capitalism-hence its internal government had difficulties.And Capitalism was constantly raping and pillaging around the world.

The best way, until we fundamentally change our pre-conditioning is a socialism.
Where political and economic forces work together for a common good.

Under capitalism, often those with the most money rule, but those closer to the bottom still at least have the ability to compete and have some semblance of freedom.

Under communism the state decides everything for you.

Today's system in the West is not even fully capitalist, and the further away from capitalism we go and the more government controls things, the less freedom people have.

So in no way am I a fan of the monied system -- be it capitalism or communism -- but anyone who thinks communism is preferable to capitalism is just a moron.

When you have a few people who have gained ahold of the levers of power and are accumulating more and more control through corrupt means, that is not a free market system. It is a corporate fascist system controlled by bankers (to answer your question about owns the government), and it is THEY who control both communism and capitalism.

The people who go to the polls to vote are irrelevant. They don't decide anything, and even if they did it's based on the choices they're given to pick from. Yes, the entire system is owned by the super-wealthy elite, and it's no different under a communist system. The people you see on TV (presidents, politicians, etc.) are NOT the ones who are really in control. You could have a communist government, but the question then would be who are the communists working for. It's the same people. The bankers run the show.

There is a reason we are moving AWAY from capitalism instead of towards it. You cannot have monopoly control under a laissez-faire system. The bankers HATE free market systems and instead prefer socialist measures because it consolidates power in their hands via their control over government.

The idea that socialism is about "helping" the poor and downtrodden is absolutely ridiculous. It's about enslaving and controlling masses of people, using the aforementioned as simply an excuse for the government to centralize more power. Like Lenin said, communism is merely socialism in a hurry. The outcomes are the same, which is the immense suffering of the many so the few at the top can live in the utmost luxury off the people's labor.
