   Hello friends, I recently went to my favorite campsite near idahoe springs co only to realize the spot has become over ran with campers. So much for the low key spot! I'm just looking for some suggestions on low key campsites in the colorado mountains. Prefer offsite free public tent camping. Have a jeep so roads not an issue. Thanks

   All the state parks offer tent spaces, including primitive.
   Near Idaho Springs, seek out Golden Gate State Park.
