i wouldn't bother getting involved with "internal cleansing" or its variants. the direction of fluids and food in the body is from mouth to anus unless you have a medical problem/ undergoing surgey or the like don't shove fluids or solids up the anus. if you are getting constipated try eating more fruit and makign up some electrolyte mix from a health food shop (it has magnesium/ potasium/ vitamins). an approved magnesium supplement will keep you regular and will keep things like cramp at bay. don't waste your time with flushing the colon, the body already does it for free
