I'll never forget the time in highschool that I said Coldplay sucks out loud and this dumb gaggle of girls nearby all spun around and started yelling at me. Something about me not knowing what good music was. Hilarious!

Ohh, that sounds interesting. I'm not really into Sci fi, so I feel like starting with a collection of short stories, might be a good way to ease myself into the genre. I just finished "Flight Behavior" by Barbara Kingsolver. It was an excellent read, and I highly recommend it. Are you on "goodreads"?

I tried to read "On The Road" while I was in Mexico, and I could not get into it at all. I tried, though. I really did. It is just so old school...way before my time...
