Cold Water Extraction Help, please

Hey, could someone either give me good instructions on how to do a cold water extraction or direct me to a site that will? I know there was a thread with cold water extraction instructions on here, I stumbled onto it like over a year ago before I fucked with pharmeceuticals so I didn't pay much attention and I have been unable to relocate the thread. I'm weary of just searching the internet because I don't want to do something wrong and waste all my hydrocodone! So, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Both of these are basically the same. swim does it much faster, and easier. They take a glass and a coffee filter. Put the filter in the glass, and add about an inch of cold water. Add crushed pills to the water, and dissolve. once the mix is a cloudy, sludge, and there are no chunks left, lift the filter out, being sure to leave the sludge in, and squeeze it into the glass. Chug and chase with something that doesn't make you gag.
