Hey, does anyone else play grand strategy games, such as the total war games, the paradox games like EUIV, etc.? And out of y'all who do, do you feel the weight of real world events, present and historical, on some deeper level? Ok, so if y'all answered affirmative to both of those questions, I want to know how you feel when horrible attrocities unfold before your eyes in these games. Because let's be real, often the most exciting moments in these games are extremely bellicose and grim, if you think about it at all deeper than a map on a game. Do any of y'all ever have that moment, where you're like: "woah, that's kind of fucked up, actually. " ?? But like, you're actually getting a big thrill out it.
