i listen to several shows each week , and yep , heard most
of that one . sometimes i fall asleep to the radio and the
voices get in my dreams which at times is very weird and i
get madly exhasperated in the dream . it's just so hard to
realize that i actually have to wake up to punch the radio off .

one time i followed some book instructions for astral projecting .
it didn't quite work out like the book said it would . i think it
just got me into exploring ideas about space and conciousness .
i still like to do that . usually tho if i really want to go somewhere
i'll walk .

One method is the rope method , visulaize your self pulling your self out with a rope , another is just to visualize your self at a place you know well .

i think AP is lonesome and about a feeling for creating family , and visualizing that positive place is very relational to getting that done for real . fly there . know it well . it's like birds wonderfully knowing the very best spot to build a nest .

the hopeful , do try , progressing psychically so as to understand
a better philosophy of unity . yes , we have wings . it's goodness
to try .

 

I dont think you need to be lonely to visit a place in your astral body . I think just about any place you know well . There are many methods , from many people . i doubt very much i would wish to listen by means of astral projection. any more then i would otherwise.
