    Whatever...

All I know is that when Ted Turner ran the network he created, it was strictly about the news.

Then Rupert Murdoch came along and perverted the entire reporting of genuine news with opinion writers twisting truth for profit.

When Ted sold out it was a sad day for journalists and integrity... and the beginnings of a new era based on lies and propaganda.

A more interesting take on the subject is to ask WHY?

Ironic that a professional right wing Christian nationalist conspiracy theorist, Viktor Orban lover, and propagandist, "Dr." Steve Turley, is invoked to discredit CNN.

"Overall, we rate Next News Network Extreme Right Biased and Questionable based on the routine publication of right-wing propaganda, conspiracy theories, and several failed fact checks." https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/next-news-network/

Rupert Murdoch of course owns Fox, which is in a class by itself!
