Clothing remorse. Does anyone get it.

Recently my wife and I visited a quiet back woods nude resort. The people there were friendly and we enjoyed our 2 day stay. It was an amazing feeling to be able to be free of clothing. It felt strangely odd to put clothes on afterwards. Does anyone else get that feeling?

 

Every time I have to get ready for work, I'm nude all the time I'm home. For vacation this summer I went to a nudist resort in Florida, and was nude for 2 weeks, man I can't tell you how bad I felt when I had to get dressed to leave.

 

I hate wearing clothes. When I have to it’s minimal and I can’t wait to get them off.

 

Wearing clothes feels weird for me. And everytime I have to put them on I feel like I am being trapped. I cannot wait to get home and take my clothes off and be free once more! Why can’t we go nude in public?

 

I despise clothes so much that I actually put off going out doing errands or visiting people sometimes. I don't even like non nudists visitors coming to our place. Though I know people stop in and I have to dress but I wish they'd leave.

Lately, I rant about the unexpected knock on the door and my wife and I jump up and put clothes on. Spending those 2 day at the nude resort was very relaxing and we were at peace in our skin. The people we met were die hard nudist and made us feel welcome. It was not sex fueled as some would think. We will go again when we back in the states.
Too bad we don’t have nudist friends at our rainforest home.

 

I know what you mean NudeDavid19. There are times when I am at work or running errands and I get a strong urge to undress right there. I am so happy to finally get home so I can be nude and relaxed.

 

I'm a home nudist all year round and wearing clothes inside just feels wrong to me. As soon as I get in from work I am naked and I feel so much more comfortable and relaxed when nude.

When I am visiting others and i can't be nude I feel so awkward and itchy I just want to be bare.

 

Same here. When leaving work I’m definitely barefoot and often shirtless, then completely naked once I get home. I mowed my lawn after work Friday afternoon and when I got to the back yard I was just itchin’ to pull my shorts off. At times I’m able to do this when I’m certain the neighbors aren’t home but it’s especially risky now since the leaves are falling and the tree cover is thinning.

 

Yeah I stayed for a week at a nudist resort this summer in Florida also and even though it poured rain for 6 of the 7 days I was there. There were enough breaks to go outside and walk around the resort nude and see my neighbors nude, etc. But the morning I got packed up and ready to leave to come back home I just hated having to put clothes back on. It's the same thing when I got over to our nudist club on Sunday afternoons in the summer. Even though it's just 4 or 5 hours of being nude around everybody else, when I go out to the car to head back home I just hate putting clothes back on for the 3 1/2 drive back home but then they come right back off again as soon as I get home.

 

Ever give into the urge to strip?

 

Not yet, but public nudity is not in itself illegal where I live. Outside a couple of well known parades where nudity is common, I haven’t seen anyone else nude. That doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened, just that I haven’t seen anyone. As stated in another post, I recently took a two mile nude walk around my neighborhood late one evening. Once the weather warms up next spring I just may give into the urge. Too cold now.

 

I don’t know the legality around here, but nudity as a whole is frowned upon here in the US. :-(

You can show all the violence, gore and death you want on TV, but you show even a single nipple and you have gone too far. Ugh.

 

Since I am the OP here, I wife and I went to a non nudist camp group this weekend, and it felt strange to have clothes on. We went to the pool and wore swim suits. Not what we wanted to do. We have a small back woods nudist resort near us, where the people there are so nice. We will go back.

 

OMG how did you survive that? We go to the public pools around home and of course need swimwear . It drives me crazy after being in those mountain streams and ponds naked.

 

Glad you and your wife enjoyed your nude break, I'm sure I remember you saying she was nervous about it.
I know exactly what you mean though, when on a nude break and spending several days and nights nude it then just feels generally uncomfortable and a bit odd putting clothes back on, because being naked felt so natural and being dressed doesn't.

 

Surprisingly, Everything went well. She was naked within about 10 minutes after arriving. We walk out of our cabin to the club house together. There were a few women her age there that made her feel welcome. All of them were naked too. I must admit my wife had the best looking body in her age group. I think she realized real quick that she had nothing to be concerned about. She said she would go again. It was a great weekend.

 

Yes I feel this way all the time when I have to put on clothes.
