Has anyone been on one? It is on my bucket list. Not to see naked people but just to be around free thinking, open minded people who think basically the same as this group that puts comments and makes posts about openness in sex. I want to carry on conversations with strangers possibly without any clothing at all.

I read ya, Just for fun. I too, think it would be interesting. I know what naked people look like, and truth be told, I like ladies with something on - like a bikini or lingerie for the sexual attraction part. But naked conversation would be fun just because you literally have nothing to hide! The openness and boldness might bring out thoughts & ideas that might otherwise remain hidden. Clothes ARE a shield of sorts. Naked is a lot different than, say, a Brooks Brothers suit or a Chanel dress.

We're having conversations with strangers right here - US!! I don't know if you and others seeing my junk would change my conversation very much !!!! :tonguewink:

Real nudist know that nudity is the great equalizer. Nudist are friendly and enjoy conversing. Try a nudist campground or small back resort first, before dropping the big bucks on a nude cruise.

Clothing optional cruises are typically Lifestyle cruises. And I've been on three. One was a 12 couples, 3 catamaran, 2 week sailing trip to Croatia. The second was a 300 couple cruise to Cuba. The third was a 3500 person cruise to the Caribbean.
The first was 12 couples who knew one another and actually we were Captain and crew. The second and third were organized trips through Adult Travel companies. Both of these were on major cruise lines, and there is actually a code of conduct you have to sign before boarding. It covers things such as no messing around with the crew or staff, nudity is limited to very specific places, and no sex in public areas. And they will throw your butt off if you break the rules. They don't allow single males.

To your point, people are friendly. And within 15 minutes, you may find yourself talking about things you wouldn't broach with your next door neighbor and dear friend of 20 years. There are no filters and no judgement. And obviously, no kids running around the pool area screaming like banshees : )

Shall I go ahead and book a cabin for two, then?

Two prerequisites for you: (1) you must have been on a cruise before and enjoyed it; and (2) you must have done some clothing-optional group activity before. Until you can answer "yes" to both of those items, take it off your bucket list, unless you have money and leisure time in abundance.

Why? Crusing is not for everyone. I've been on two cruises, and I didn't like them. It's like an all-inclusive resort, which I also don't enjoy. Some people love them, and some people don't. If you don't like cruising to begin with, then being nude among nudists on a cruise won't make it worthwhile. Once you leave the home port, you're effectively stuck for the duration. Most nudists are very nice people, but one leering, drooling pervert may ruin the whole trip for you, if he's in the cabin next door or seems to follow you around.

Clothing optional activities are not for everyone. Before you lock yourself into being around nude people much of the time, plan to spend a day on a clothing-optional beach or doing another clothing optional activity like a yoga class. Try something time-limited and during which you can get dressed and leave at any time if you don't feel comfortable and enjoy it.

If you already like cruises (or all-inclusive resorts), and if you have already participated in clothing-optional group activities on land, then go for it.

Alternatively, if you're retired and wealthy, and your holiday time isn't limited and precious to you, then go for it. However, if you were retired and wealthy, then it wouldn't be on your bucket list - you'd already have done it. You wouldn't have a bucket list. Bucket lists are for working people who are working most of the time.

^^^^Beatrix - Oh the very wealthy are working …………… on their golf games, carrying many, many bags after shopping, delegating real work & taxes to "the little people" as Leona Helmsley once dubbed the lower 98%. They do work hard at finding new ways to deceive, cheat, false advertise, cut corners, eliminate jobs, & fleece people to maximize profits.

Agreed. The boat could just travel in circles just off shore. No need for stops along the way. We just need to make sure the kitchen staff brought extra whip cream. The spray kind in a bottle.

Wouldn't you prefer to apply the whipped cream by hand? Some things are just best applied the old fashioned way.

Not really. It's the removal of the whipped cream I enjoy.

For some reason I can consume a lot of whipped cream and never get too full. At least not because of the whipped cream.

Trapped for a week on a boat over-stocked with whipped cream spray bottles. And drinks. :flushed:
