urinary tract infestions or bladder infections, I can't remember which. I think it's UTI's that women are more prone to getting if htey dont' urinate after sex. Spermicide can also incite yeast infections in some women (well, the nonoxynol9 used in most spermicides can). Haven't any proven links handy, but, it's always been the case with me

Everything she said is completely true. To help prevent a urinary tract infection, it is recomended that a lady pee after sexual intercourse. I don't know of any links, but for as long as I've known about sex, I've known that to be true, so I kinda figured it was common knowledge. I'm sure any sexual health web site can support this claim, though.

peeing after sex does not prevent it ....however making sure you pee alot thru out the day helps to prevent bacteria from collecting ...dehydration is a major cause ...

I didn't say it will prevent it, I said it'll help prevent it.

Why don't we make this a mutually beneficial situation then, and you can pee ON me afterward...:& ...just trying to be helpful.

Yea, peeing after sex keeps a lady from getting a UTI.

If I'm not too messy, just a wet, soapy wash cloth. If I got super messy, a nice hot shower with my guy.

I usually keep tissus next to the bed or I'll grab my man a warm wash cloth... after that I'll go pee...or if I was giving head i'll go wipe the cum and lube from my face and hands...if he comes any where else ie) back, boobs, stomach...etc. I'll have a quick shower or bath..

We have a "sex rag" -- aka one of the blankets on my bed. Which I think is sort of funny. (Since we are pretty 'vanilla', condoms take care of most of the mess, and the blanket it not terribly nasty. Just a few marks that I can pass off as ... um, hand cream ... ? :))

However, I have found that I am allergic to the lube on Trojan-brand condoms, so if I don't wash I get a rash. And spermicide is a bad thing -- I recommend that nobody use that, because I understand it doesn't really work that well anyway.

As per socks on the floor ... I still have a pair of his socks on my floor from three weeks ago, but have never used them for anything. They just sit there and make me laugh. (There is a pair of my underwear that landed atop my desk on the same occasion -- I have not moved either the panties or the socks because they remind me of that whole amusing situation. :D)
