Cleaning Person - Los Angeles

I have a house in the Pasadena area that needs the TLC of someone who knows how to do ceiling to floor cleaning. I have neither the time nor the strength for the undertaking.
This can lead to a regular gig.
There is NO living space available in the offer.

Cleaning people have come and gone (it doesn't seem to be a long term career choice for many). This time I'm also looking for a gardener as well.

 

Bit tired of that grand sexcapade adventure of yours and ready to slow down again?

 

I found a GREAT yard man. He came with a well-organized work force. Still looking for cleaning crew though.
