This doesn't seem very well thought out. The city I grew up in was 40% hispanic, and my high school was about 50% hispanic. I didn't really notice much racial tension. Theres no reason that different racial groups can't form one society. It, like racial conflicts, has happened many times before. Something happening in the past doesn't mean it's nessecarily going to happen again. All you've stated so far is a long winded condemnation of multiculturalism.
