I've never lived in a city which has been given that honour, so I couldn't say.

 

Like an award winning wine, probably not that much difference.

 

It gave Liverpool the chance to build again.

Ringo Starr to insult the place, he was always a dick anyway!

But yes, providing you act on it.. I believe it can make a difference.

But it's not going to happen once we are out of Europe, so it doesn't really matter..

As Culture is an observation of development, and it could be argued that with such advances removes traditional life
