    Trump has a huge fan base in Russia who have fallen head over heels in love with him and his rhetoric, and who desperately wants him to win. Talk about hero worship and personality cult !

    He has a huge fan base among chauvinists. It's part of why he actually has a Hispanic following as well. Russians seem to LOVE brazen bullies as does most of South America. I realize it's an archaic term these days, but it really describes him well.

    The machismo factor has been common for a long time in South America. Bill Clinton won a Machismo award from Brazil in 1998. The first non-Brazilian to ever win it. Largely because of his extramarital affairs but also because he looked his accusers in the eye and lied through his teeth about it. A cultural thing I guess.
