Well he was here a minute ago.. I shot him a message asking what's up

 

So, what I was saying is that I really don't have any real recommendations or by-laws changes or other things, that can't be talked about or actually done outside of a meeting.

 

I'm here to see and listen to what other folks think and feel.

 

My thoughts are, if we have a PRC then that committee will help in broadening our horizons. Meaning that they be in charge of publicizing 'us' and bringing in new/old ppl and more or less advertising us.

What else could they do.. Oh.. BTW Kenny, you did not say if you wanted a PRC or not.. what do you say about it?

 

I'm wondering if we should add a benefit organizer to the mix bc if we give folks a certain thing to do, it is easier to manage it than to try and do everything ourselves, plus, folks may be more apt to get involved

Sag, some people don't show up until 3 days later. Not meaning zev. Mean, Like, Darel. And others might show up 2 days from now. Some folks need more that 48 hours to roll a dube.

However, if some folks miss a meeting. We sure get to hear about it forever.

 

You've got a point there Sag, but as I understand it it has something to do with the FEDs requirements for a 5013c.

We are needing some guidance with the Fed exempt forms we are working on. You being in the lawyer field maybe you and Kenny could converse on the subject. Sag Masty, you too, you mentioned that you had some experience with non profits and that 501c3 .
