I just woke up. Actually that's a lie. I'm not awake, and I just now had my first sip of coffee.

Mary, you told us well over a year ago that you got rid of all of the chickens. So, quit using the chickens as a crutch. They didn't do it. It's not there fault that you wake up before God does.

I've been on here at times, and talking with you online, when it's 3:00 a.m. your time. You said it's 2 full hours before the chickens wake up.

I had chickens, once. I taught them to sleep in. and, They loved it.
3 of then didn't happen to learn. And they tasted so good batter fried.

You gotta quit blaming everything else. If you're gonna blame somebody, then do what I do, blame Ranger. LOL

All joking aside. The first general meeting with all of the discussion, organization that we did, and the whole by-laws and statement, that took us over a month. It's all right here. Just go back and check the dates.

Any type of meaningful meeting that we can possibly have on the internet, can not be rushed. It's the Third day and Darel just now showed up. We legally have A.C. and 2 other actual board members. 2 of them haven't even been notified of these meetings. I can't even remember who they are. It's back in this thread where the elections and the nominations are. All that I remember is A.C. and that Wah is not on the board.
(Later add on, at 12:08. I think that 1 was board member was Spud. don't know.)

My point is, we're having a meeting and 2 member weren't told of the meeting.

This meeting could take weeks, at this rate. You can't just pick an arbitrary day like Friday and close a meeting. To have a legal meeting it must be announced to all members. Board members, especially.

I don't care how LONG a meeting goes on, as long as everybody can show up if they want to. And I do care that, If anyone wants to say something, that they get a chance to actually say it.

This is why we have never said that the Chairperson has to be here to recognize any specific person to speak. We never did that in the first one month meeting. It doesn't work at all in an online meeting. We just let people say there piece. Anytime. Day or Night.

If somebody show up 2 days later on, and then wants to say something against it, or something for it, then that's the way we do it. We let people come in and have there say.

Same with votes. We DO NOT try tho Ramrod trough a vote on something that is our own little pet project so that we can win.

We don't jump in and take a quick vote in 15 minutes and say that we win and then we close the vote, so that others can even know about it, because they happened to show up 4 days later, because they didn't know of a meeting, they or couldn't be here in that 15 minute period.

We DON'T do that to our sisters and brothers. WE like our sisters and our brothers

Our meeting are long for a Real Reason.

Anybody who doesn't like that, it's too F---in bad. Go join a club that holds their meetings in a real room and a real building at a real time. We don't. This is the Internet.

We are all on here at different times. We are all on here on different days. Get over it. These meetings are here for everyone. Not for you and me and him, and for our convenience. Democracy is NOT convenient. It never was and it never will be.

These meetings and these discussions and these vote are open to all of us. Over all of the time. We Can NEVER set up hours. EVER.

Forget that noise.

 

I personally do not have any new business, or new items to add, this month or this quarter.

You put forth a motion the we have a PR committee for the purpose of promoting the Church, and for getting new members. That A.C., Mike, and then Zev, be on this board.

Did they say that they would do it? If they All say yes then I would vote yes. ("Would", is not, "I do vote yes." It's conditional.)

Is there more information on this?

 

So, where do we stand on the TIME FRAME for meetings.

How about 9am open for three days and closing at 6pm on the third day ?

I am fairly positive that more than two people were notified. Who did you notify, or Ranger, did he notify anyone. I posted in The GE group in FB Everyone saw it. It was up to them to show up

I wasn't trying to rush the meeting Kenny. I was trying to get ppl to get it together.

So, you're saying we should just post a comment or whatever and check back in a day/week or two to see if anyone responds.

Is it up to me to do everything. Am I the only one that is suppose to contact ppl about the meetings. NO. It was never specified that I be that person. I go where they are and I post it there just like it's posted here. I post the URL to here and invite everyone over. What do you think we should do to get them to come in.

Mike was here. That counts. And I don’t recall but didn’t Mike resign and say that he just wants to sweep up the virtual parking lot for the church? So, at this point, I don’t know if Mike is on the board or not.

We should get an official response for Mike on that or do we have one already?

OH, everybody.

Under old business we voted to have St. Valentine's Day be one of our official church holidays, because it's about Love.

 

As to time. When we know that everyone has been represented. Nothing more to be added. That's when.

If anyone can put a number on that and be accurate, then we are all going to go and bet the ponies. LOL

You know I get a little loony when Luna is full. Look back at the times I go off and you will see they are on a full moon. We should not have meetings during a full moon.
