Hey Kenny,

I was reading again. Although we dont have to send the Minutes in to the FEDS.. we sure better have then handy and current if they ask for them and that's a fact.

I am going to do the Fed filing on line, I just have to pick up a credit card today and get it done before Sunday.

What I read said that each officer can be held individually responsible for any mishaps regarding The Minutes.

I know what you mean about that. Me too. I find tho,' if I do stop for a bit and the pain stops, I can get up and do a little more.
