YAY!!!!! We're Done. As soon as our Secretary gets the minutes together and sends them over to me. I will mail our package to the State and.... wait....lol

 

Mr. President I would like to open a discussion on drawing up a lease agreement to lease office space in my residence at the rate of $1.00 a year. The space is known as suite 101 where Church Business will be conducted.

 

Mister Chairman, a point of order. Please.

As the person who is taking the minutes for this meeting may I point out that no one has been elected as of yet, with a majority.

Y'all sure are in a hurry to close meetings and quite doing stuff around here.

 

I counted 5 votes Kenny

 

The only two that haven't voted is Chris and Spud, Chirs btw has not voted on anything, so to include his vote is moot. UNLESS he chooses to vote??

 

I'm not excluding Chris by any means, I'm just making a point, that he has not voted at all so I wonder why you were waiting for his vote?

 

Was Ranger Seconded??? I didn't see. that one.

Ranger make a second for Mary and Kenny for all positions. Then Mike can by and said.

 

I also contacted Spud about the nominees and voting for officers and he hasn't responded in the last two voting sessions.

Okay can we see someone Second for C. M. Craven as President?

And we do have a crazy vote count going for everybody for for co- positions in offices.

or the record, (this is the real reason this the state wants a copy of our minutes), How many votes do you cound for each of the 3 people and please state for which office. This is official and for the state and for the fed. Otherwise we can NOT even both to file and save the money.

 

Here's what I have on the list:
Mary is offered as General Treasure, and a second.

Ken is put forth as a General Secretary with Mary offered as a co-General Secretary, both have a second.

C. M. Craven is put forth as president, with Mary put forward as a co-Chair / co-president.

Thank you Mary. All of those have a second, by someone other than the person who is named.

No Debates offered.

Note: There can't be six votes if Spud and Wah didn't vote. Mary, AC, Mike, myself, and Ranger make 5.

So, if I'm correct.

Please Respond and tell me what you see and what count you have FOR THE RECORD.
Somebody else count. and somebody verify the count.

Also we do have other issues that were never voted closed and still remain as open, out on the floor of the meeting here.

 

Also, does anyone wish to decline anything to which they were nominated and seconded? That's a valid question.

So, as Dan is absent. And as Chris seems to be not exercising his vote and also is absent.

A.C. voted or moved to "By acclaim" I would take that as an I vote for all. Obviously.

C.M. Craven is elected as president - 5 to 0 - unanimous
Mary Clanton is elected, sharing as co-president - 5 to 0 - unanimous
Unless she chooses to decline the position.

Kenneth W. Heller is elected as General Secretary - 5 to 0 - unanimous
Mary Clanton is elected, sharing as co-General Secretary - 5 to 0 - unanimous

For the record may I ask for a witness to verify as to each and every item listed here, or anyone to offer a correction to any.

 

Here is where I posted about Chris not voting in any of the votes nor has he second any of the motions. It's apparent to me he is not inclined to be in that process as much as he has been invited to do so. By both you and I Kenny.

So to me that would mean that we do not count Chris as voting member at this time, he seems to just want to share his knowledge with us right now and that is fine. But we will gladly hold a place for him when and if he decides to vote or in some capacity that he is qualified for, which btw is vast.
