The sun is up and so is the moon, looks eerie in the mist. The seasons are changing, it has been warm all last week and promises to be warm this week.

Lynn got the garden plowed, enough to set the Onions and Sweet Peas,. It's still a bit wet and the blades start ballin' up and ya just get clumps of mud. It will dry faster now that it's been turned over.

The warm wind blew all night so that will aid in the drying out process.Lynn will plow again with a borrowed tractor in a few days. Our tractor went down last yr. Fate worse than death, for a farmer.

It will take about three 'turn overs' to get the soil ready for planting. I am looking forward to working with the earth again. I did get out for a while yesterday. I had a lovely time raking the leaves and pine needles away from the strawberries by my front steps and clearing up the old mulch from the Lavender that grows beneath my office window where I sit at my desk and look out over my flower gardens as I type to you.

My inspiration comes from the beauty of nature and the love that surrounds me, it appeals to my colorful nature, it fills me with delight as each seeds pops it's head up out of the ground and reaches for the sun.

Such a tiny seed to push it's way through the toughen earth, crusted from a winter's frost. It's bright greenery struggling to survive and blossom into auspicious designs shapes and color combinations.

I am delighted when I seed each sprout make their way through to the top. They then become my babies and I pamper them with love and encourage them to be the best and most beautiful flower ever to be seen:daisy:

POP CORN.​

Can you buy a jar of (Orville Redenbacher) POP CORN and use that for seeds? A Couple of farrows maybe. Ya know?
USE THE TOP GRADE.

Just as an experiment for us Hippies. (Hippies are suppose to be experimental) You know.
Correct?


From what I have looked up on the WEB, popcorn is a totally different species from all of the regular types of corn. Popcorn is different and a specific type.

So, could you do and experiment that could benefit us ALL?

I'm just looking to get her to grow the Species. After that we can EAT it. After that we can sell it as organic to "Hippies" Then we can grow more and do the same.

If it works we can support our own Trip and are own asses. Get beyond the struggle and rise above, and just LIVE our lives.

I can plant some popcorn, but not orvile's he has GMO popcorn. I do have some to plant tho, it's a few yrs old so it probably isn't GMO.. most all corn ( 98% ) is GMO.. I don't eat corn anymore

 

But you can eat corn if you grow your own. Right?

There must be somebody who grows and sells non GMO organic corn. And also sells seeds. Wouldn't you think? You could eat their corn and buy and plant their seeds and them eat your own corn.

Anyhow please do let me know how the popcorn turns out. That's a Money corn, for real.
