is there arsenic in the ground there ranger ?don't ye start ta drink the water,until it has pasted as safe by the water tests.arsenic is poison!

 

there is natural arsenic in the ground water in many areas to some small extent. what ya need to beware of are areas where higher levels as a result of old mining operations. I have unusually strong nails and they quickly get brittle and break if I'm exposed to arsenic.

 

what were they mining for in the mines ? dillseed tea is very good for brittle nails.people can dip their nails into it ta make them stronger.if the arsenic is in the ground could'nt it go into the vegetables then as well

 

there are diff forms of arsenic and I think early mining practices that altered or concentrated the element.....

In answer to your question about what was mined. GOLD!

People are still digging gold out of the rivers there.

They use Arsenic in refining gold and in refining other metals. However, Arsenic is a mineral and is also found naturally in the earth in different regions. Like where they live.

just peel few potatoes..cut them in slices..dry them in a towel..then put the cooking oil pot on the fire..and oh..just fry them...and serve with a pinch of salt,mayonaise...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmhhhhhhhh..
