I am not sure where you fall in the scheme of things political but EVERY administration CAN, and In fact and DOES direct its Justice department how to proceed on issues and policies. AND this canidate promised to NOT have ITS (the Justice) Department athorized to utilize ANY (that = O, NONE, nada, not a penny,) of tax payer dollars to persue this effort of the Federal Government to infringe upon THIS specific 10th amendments rights of States. Yes this is TECHNECALLY a FEDERAL vs State issue where there are conflicts between the two BUT the President BY HIS DIRECTIVE has the power over his CABINET TO direct each department to conduct policy as he sees fit as to how hard to PUSH issues. SO it seems that now that This man has been elected he has like many predecesors decided to GO AGAINST the will of the Public and go with MAJOR MONEY FORCES who are incontrol of CONGLOMERATE K ST Lobbiests! I know I may not spell that well but I assure you that I understand my Politics and what powers the folks in Washington have and how they can also make decisions to inforce or not inforce policys and yes even FEDERAL LAWS where they conflict with States. I lived with Senators, Congressman, and Military High and Mighty for years and saw how the game works.

This CAMPAIN PROMISE to NOT GO AFTER the States whos electorate passed MEDICAL MMJ (NOT FULL LEGALAZATION< BUT THE ALLOWING OF MEDICAL MMJ is not even against the current FEDERAL system. Many do not even know that the Federal Government in fact has had its own medical MMJ Program since 1970's and there are still two of the patients LEGALLY on the program and still alive. This is one place where the Man at the top of Justice Department COULD have eaisly have been told/directed/and even prohibited to conduct these actions where State Medical MMJ is concerned.

IN point of fact there is NO Federal threats of seizure and Jail time HAPPENING in Colorado a swing state where precious votes could lose the state in the upcomming election! BUT in a solidly BLUE state like California where there is no chance that even diseffecting a lot of the voters with the crack down will this allow the other team (Red or even Ron Paul)to win! Kenny I assure you it is total BS to appease Phillip Morris and Big Pharma! But this is the USA so believe what you will! That is your right!

Like I proffered before BOTH parties offer up people who CAVE IN when they get elected and if we continue to get BALLESS PEOPLE in the positions of power who will CAVE to the huge money OR pick and choose who they will work for from the Kst Crowd we will continue to have a lot of BS forced upon us.

I do hate politics/politicians. Like Chris has pointed out, most have all the good intentions in the galaxy to fix what is broken but when they 'move in' they realize they are caught in a trap and can either 'bend' to the will of the Money GOD or be set up and put in ruination or assassination so they cave under the pressure.

This act is a Republican sponsored Republican Bill. The Republicans pushed this. Obama signed it in a trade to get the Republicans to vote for watered down healthcare. Why? That in combination with the real estate and loan people that jumped right on the band wagon--bundled up trillions of dollars worth of crooked loans that they knew were toxic, that the banks bought with insufficient money to cover if defaults became an issue. All because of no oversight or regulatory agencies looking closely at these unregulated instruments of Bull shit. One lady(forget her name) called 'em out,but Greenspan sat in front of congress and stated that NO oversight was needed. That lady was RUN OUT OF HER JOB!! The scam was well underway. Cocksuckers,anyway. Then when ALL turned to crap--he said" I was wrong." Yeah,just in time ,you sonuvabitch.

Actually wah, I'm dieing to hear the continuing Saga and the continuing adventures. I Been on a ledge. But I really don't want to bother you about it.
Writing is a mood thing.

Actually I've kind of become despondent about the whole book thing. I was hoping for at least 6 or 8 of us to get into it, but no one has. It could have been so great.

So, far it's mostly Mary and me. With a little bit of others.

Back in November the whole project fell right off of the RADAR. Felt like I was just going it alone and I got despondent about it all and I just gave up.
Had some good stuff from Ellen and Sag Darel by then. But all stalled.

From December through today, April 28th, 2012, there is no book project. Anymore.
Note: 5 months. Gone.

I talked with Cakes a few days ago on the phone. I'm thinking about getting back on the horse. I started to draw a Book cover jacket.

They say that the best way to envision the completed product is to make and to print out a Book jacket and wrap it around an existing book. Put it on your desk and look at it everyday as you work.

What I had been doing, up until the end of last November, is tons of thankless hard work for free. Months and months and months.

It's really tough, when none of your friends care.

Then the spirit dies. Then the Dream dies. Then all of are lives die. Our legacy (As Naicakes would say) dies. The young, who we should be passing on all to, just become robots of the system, with no vision and no hope. We past on nothing. We save no one. Everything that we did vanishes. We all simply go down in history and evil villains who are all worthless drugs addicts, forever, and the oppressors all WIN. On The Record, forever. Is that what WE Want? And Why? Because we have lost our Soul and our Heart. Truthfully, Because we're fucking lazy.

We don't have a handle on our own asses and we can't light a fire under them, to save our own lives.

We're all to busy doing Nothing with our lives.

We could pull together one last time and count for something. We could pull together and stand up together and stand for something.

There was the Haight-Ashbury. There was also London, Amsterdam, New York City East Village and West Village, Laural Canyon. And many other places. Chris Wah went to many of them and he has the full list of places. Please ask Chris to post the Full List here for all of us to see and copy down.

How can we find more people from all of these scenes. Somebody else must have gone to the Whisky a Go Go. Right?
