I just talked with Sag Darrel on the phone. Lots of laughs and giggles. Fun. He was in his shop making things. Wonderment. How cool is whatever he might be working on? Try and imagine.

 

I talked to SagDarel too on the phone, we laughed and giggled too. He makes some awesome products, beautiful First ppl origanals. He's up for a Happening as we all are.

Couple of nights ago I almost hit a great horned owl eating road kill, that I didn't notice, right in the middle of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.

Does anyone out there think that that could have been some kind of mystic omen?
And if so, what could it all mean?

Since you asked. The Horned Owl watches the Road and lets the Good pass and the Bad it sends away or in this case devours. It's a good omen in this case as this is a sign of Re-Birth ( the rebirth of the Hippie or our commune as it were.

 

If the Owl had been seen in the daytime, that would have been a bad omen. I see it more of a cleansing, removing the decay, clean to the bone, like a renewal of life as it gives sustanence to the Owl so it may continue to clear the path. The Owl is very strong medicine in all aboriginal ppls.

Big Steve has gone over (this morning) his son (Obidiah) and his brother Mark were at his side. J.D. spent 5 hours last night playing his guitar & mandolin for him. I piped some tunes when JD gave me the call. Don't worry, be happy! I've seen him dancing and smiling in my mind; it's been a blessing to have known him in this life; see ya when we get there, Steve!
