Christmas is stressful

Are you sure you have all the connections put together properly? I haven't used a train like that in years but if I'm remembering correctly, I think it won't work unless all of the track is connected the right way.

 

Its just an excuse to get extra fucked up.

It's kind of difficult to say whether they put it together correctly or not. I don't live near them anymore so I can't look at it to see. My sister told me they put it together and that the train will go for a few seconds and then stop.

 

Probly a signaling problem, happens all the time here. Either that or some idiot pissed on the 3rd rail and now they gotta get his dead body out of the way

 

Ah...I assumed it was like the ones when I was a kid. Still sounds like something is hooked up right or it somehow isn't getting enough power.

try a Duracell if you havent already..

 

The guy offered to give me a 10 dollar refund which is total bullshit. I'm still pushing for a full refund so I can replace the train set. My sister told me she switched out for another set of new batteries and it still didn't work, and that she was sure she put it together correctly.

 

I found one site so far with suggestions for a problem like the one you have described. I can't get the picture of your nephew trying to play with his train out of my mind. I hope someone can figure it out.

Check inside the battery compartment to make sure the wires aren't loose?

I'll tell her about that if I can't manage to get the refund so I can get him a new one.

 

In my mind I can picture orison, wiz, wcw and acek being the uncles that push the kid out of the way to fix it on Christmas morning. I can just see them all working together to get this train set working for him. How cute is that? Awwwwwww. I hope you are able to get a refund to replace it.

Yeah, I thought it was all pretty sweet how everyone tried to come to the rescue here lol Anyway, the guy finally agreed to refund me the money. So it'll be late, but he is getting his functional train set. No one messes with my nephew lol

I agree I've spent this Christmas dealing with an erupt wisdom tooth on one side and a compact wisdom tooth on the other yay.

 

I see us drinking a bunch of beer and then someone fucking up the train set so we have to drink more beer and fix it all over again. Oh...and Glen is wearing sexy, green elf tights too.

 

It was taken from out on the roof, well actually I stepped over to the next building...I could get to the next one but it would require a little jump and I'm not quite fucked up enough for that
