My mother used to say the best time to get Christmas decorations is the day after Christmas. They're as cheap as they'll ever get, because the stores are trying get rid of them as quick as possible. And you're putting away the decorations around then anyways. Then just pack them in with the rest and use them next year.
They might be cheap but they are ugly and bland now!! I like C7 and C9 bulbs and GOOD decorations on the tree.... I havent celebrated christmas in many years because everything about it IS NOT CHRISTMAS to me.......
