    RIP. He is why I started playing bass as teenager. He is why I stopped playing bass as teenager, as a friend could play his parts far better than I could. Never got to see him live though.

    I was just listening to "Fish Out Of Water" and realized how much of Yes' sound came from him beyond just bass right down to vocal harmonies and arrangements.

    seen them back in 99 aj pulbo center pgh. couldnt tell you the line up. but ive always been a yes fan .. met Steve Howe once.
