Anyone make chokecherry juice? My three bushes are loaded this year and while mowing today I kept eating them, never had such sweet juicy ones on my trees in 30 some years.

I hope you got a bunch of seeds from this harvest and prepared to sprout and grow them. I've been told that when a tree makes a boom harvest like this after years, it means the tree or bush may be dying; hence the bountiful harvest.

Can't you freeze or sun dry them? Or use a food dehydrator?
