Yup, this dealer I know is pretty close to a grower. He was originally selling it for 20/g but I got him to bring it down a bit. Gotta love being friends with your dealers!

Have any of you seen what one of the old drug czars claimed about one of the Boston bombing guys? I guess they're really running out of things that they can blame marijuana on.

get some salts and take a salt bath, helps much for muscles.

i take a sponge, fill a bowl with epsom salt, add hot water to dissolve. take sponge and dab your sore joints with the solution. this will work way better than a bath with the salts. higher concentration of salt. but you will be covered with fine salt powder when you are done. but it works well.. same with a towel wrap, get a high concentration of salt and water and wrap your part.

Yea i saw that you were getting into running Faelixx. Sweet so am i... i had a thread in RT about night running, which ive done last 3 nights... feels really really good. I plan on making this a nightly thing after work cause im always stressed..

Night is fun cause well.. no cars or people... no exhaust.. can run more in the highway through lit parts of town... stop at gas station for free water, turn around and go home... im usually out night running for 1hour to 1.5

its very meditative.. im really digging it... work on distance skipping, jumping things... sprinting... its fun.. kinda like driving...

    ALSO

I got one of them head lamps that is string drawn... so i can wear it on my wrist if im running through a short section of road holes or whatever... then i just hold it in my palm, works good.

i feel the same way... got a hunch while ago to start working on this skill.

being able to just strait up run for 1 or 2 miles if needed in your daily clothes..... not many people can do that...

    so practice practice...

HA! My experience in this: it 1st took about 8 tries just to get the harness on BB without her losing her mind. Plus after the 1st 2 tries, I figured (duh) that I better put on long sleeves and heavy gloves. Then, when it was on her correctly, she would promptly lay down like I had placed a load of lumber on her back! :p For a time, I just walked her with a thick collar on her neck, but she did NOT want to "walk"...she just wanted to c r e e p to different places and then lay there. That didn't last but a few months...she now is queen over half of the house (5 rooms), and is happy as can be...also quite healthy. :)

My cousin walks her cat on a harness, but then she started Kirk with this when he was teeny...about 2 months old. (lol he didn't even like it then) Now he is about 3 or 4 years old and looks quite forward to their walks.

my cat is more than 20 pounds. we have to walk him. they make harnesses for all sorts of animals. is it weird that some people eat dog? every pace and person is different.

i am not a full "beginner" runner, i used to be able to run a mile and a half in 12 min 30 sec. now i get heart pain, and bad cramping when i run. i guess i should build back up. i was in the best shape of my life by the end of bootcamp.
