was talking to this guy at work today... he says "i'm not racist, I just hate terrorists" in the most serious voice... i'm like "well obviously that doesn't make you racist, terrorism isn't a race..."

Then he continues on, "well, its a cultural thing in some specific races" ... which confused me, so i'm like "is it? I'm pretty sure there are terrorist groups and/or people with thoughts of causing terrorism in every race and every country in the world..."

Then he continues on again for some reason... "maybe, but some more than others, you know what i mean?" ... "ohhh, you mean like in the middle east?" and he's like "Yea!" ... I just facepalm, what an idiot, "so... you mean you are racist?" that is how a "non-racist" vents his racism, generalizing an entire region based on a small group of people in it

knock on wood...I've never been allergic to poison oak or ivy either.

Yesterday a friend I know had to take her daughter to the hospital due to an allergic reaction to poison oak. The child was breaking out in hives and one of her eyes was swollen shut within about 15 minutes.

 

If they are stiff, warm feels good. If they're swollen, the cold is nice.
