yes, the definition of breeding is different to the definition of molestation, but in order to breed, they are molested, yes? and in EVERY era, there have been girls who hit puberty at 8 and 9... i still don't understand your point

yes, some 13 year olds are physically capable of carrying children, but what about giving birth to babies? what about the risks that entails?

 

Huh? This is a bit weird...it doesn't matter if they feel
guilty or not. All child molesters should have CM in big word tattooed on the forehead, and hands. Or, better yet, they should get life in prison.

 

I know too many damaged people who have been too fucked up and carried the shit for too long because of sick pricks predating on them as children. I have no sympathy when seeing the life long detrimental effects they inflict on others - so Fuck em all inside and out, ... they should get locked up for life, ..and worse.

 

They should feel the pain. Those kind of people are just keep digging their graves deeper and deeper.

 

Child molesters should be violated anally until their rectum bursts & they bleed to death.

 

Anyone who would harm a child in that fashion is a sick fuck. Saying that, I can't believe how many people want to kill them. Sexual child molester are mentally deranged. Sick. Should they have access to children? No. Should they be killed because their mind is not wired right - no. Are there any other mental illnesses that require the killing of the ill person. That's just sick in itself.

 

An eye for an eye, as they say. Anyone who would do anything to harm or break the innocence of a child does not deserve to breathe.

 

And what if the one breaking that innocence is another innocent child

 

The problem is that alot do not respond to treatment and once out of rehab/jail go on to molest again. If they just continue to repeat their behavior whats the point in going the rehab route? Locking them up for life is an option that will ensure that they will not go on to molest again, but is very cost prohibitive. Killing them is just a way to make sure they will not go on to molest someone in the future. I'm not sure either route would make a molester less likely to murder their victims, that kind of seems like what would be the inevitable result of getting away with molesting over a period of years.

 

That sends chills through me. This let's just kill him, it's not in my nature AT ALL! Chemical castration, life for more than 1 offense kinda makes sense. But killing them - I don't think so.

 

Um, I am a hippie but I believe pedofiles deserve to die and burn in hell for what they do to kids. Children are innocent and beautiful, that's one of the happiest times in life and for someone to fuck it up so they could get some sort of sick pleasure from it makes me want to kill them. Fuck them.

 

^ Agreed completely. Children should be able to live freely & enjoy themselves, not be haunted every night by nightmares given to them by someone who gets a sick thrill from having sex with kids. This topic came up between me & my mom one night, & we were both saying how we couldn't understand how you could even look at a child that way.

When I look at some kids (well, you know, the good ones, lol) I just see a beacon of light, it makes me smile, & wish they could maintain that innocence forever. It's just a fucked up world we live in that we have to be extremely careful whom we introduce our young ones to (be it your son, daughter, nephew, etc).

I just can't wrap my head around it.

 

A friend was molested when she was young by her sisters boyfriend, no-one believed her though so he did it again to another girl, by the time he went to jail he'd done it 12 times. It's horrible, I don't get how they find sexual attraction in children anyway.

But to kill someone who is that sick is nothing but pure revenge. And if he/she are later found innocent? Tough, they're dead.
How many innocent blacks were lynched in the south because they were accused of touching a white woman.

With the DNA testing that is done today the chances of someone being found innocent after leaving bodily fluids on/in their victims are very remote. It would of course have to be irrefutable evidence to result in a death penalty, DNA I think would classify. I do not see it as revenge, that would be passing the molester on to the victims family. I see it as a for sure way to make sure that the molester has no possibly way of repeating their crimes. Plus it might, however unlikely, make a potential molester think a little harder before indulging their fantasies.

 

If DNA points to someone who is believe to have molested someone, chances are they did it. As said above me, it's hard for them to go "oh, that guy wasn't guilty afterall" when they can do DNA tests to discover if the bodily fluids found are indeed from said person. All I know is that I'd be out for blood if a child of mine or any child in my family was molested.

That shit wouldn't ever sit well with me.

 

It seems like I am defending pedophiles but that is far from the truth.
I simply worried about society taking a human life, particularly over such an emotional issue. You get in court and the kid says he hurt me - what are the chances of the death penalty be carried on emotions. I can't understand what the opposition is to locking these people up for life. In Florida offenders can be held even after their sentence is completed if it is felt they may offend again.
Why do we execute more people than any other country in the world excepting China and maybe a few dictatorships and still have murder, rape and molestations rampant. Killing people is not the answer - I'm not sure what is but killing people is not.
Are people in countries that have banned executions more violent than people here. No and Hell No.
If we allow it - this kind of crime lends itself to the torches and the screaming crowds.

 

Well locking them up for life would be fine as long as their placed in general population
