i gotta quit drinking coffee for a month and just see what happens.

i think its fucking with my sleep, even if i have a cup 8 hours before i go to bed...

coffee also releases stress hormones which leads to even less sleep..

and i been drinking way more coffee since i quit liquor and i still trouble sleeping..

 

man im sick of always having to quit shit

 

coffee is hard to quit...for me it is...... I just try to have one cup in the morning and that's all

i can drink coffee as my bedtime drink and sleep just fine...

dont know if thats a good thing or a really really bad thing...used to be the same with blow...snort a line and fall asleep with thatawesome trickle down mmy throat

i can fall asleep in any waiting room..on any train or bus no matter how noisy or crowded...i have slept during heavy metal concerts and once during an acdc show

i dont drink caffeine or stims .. when I did I could fall asleep on them. but giving me heart trouble..

 

I love coffee. I don't drink it every morning--especially since I'm currently an unemployed college grad. but it's great for those mornings where I feel especially groggy, or when there is work to be done.

Stims to me are meh. I used adderall a lot to study, and could see myself using it occasionally. But I rarely do stims recreationally--coke is too expensive and the type of people around here who are big into coke usually are not my 'type' of drug users.

those whove been paying atten to my posts on here for the past five (!!!) years already know I'm a downers man.

Ive been reading about the dangers of too much coffee intake and i been experiencing a lot of them. I knew even before i did a little research i drink too much of the stuff already.

Seems more clear now...but arghh

I not a huge dude and i got no body fat so i feel effects easier i think...feels that way since i quit the liquor anyhow..

i tried to positive rep someone, switched tab to pick a smilie, and when i hit enter it gave negative rep! im very upset, i rarely neg rep. wtf happened? has that happened to anyone else? ARG! and i dont rep enough so its going to be forever until i can make it up to them

I had an acute caffeine OD. I drank a large cup o' joe after taking a 200 mg caffeine pill. It wasn't the worst feeling in the world but it still sucked. And I was way less productive because of it!

that has happened to me on my ipad I went to rep someone and it gave a negative when it was suppose to be positive the window kept closing to the little rep box and during the window opening and closing must of went on neg but I sent them a pm apologizing and since I did that I have positive repped them as soon as I could to make up for it.....
I forgot rollingintheyeast was the president of the rep club and and probably could of helped me to reverse it too ....

just went to thestore in town and we saw 2 groups of deer with 10 in one and 9 in the other...and buddy leant me one of his trucks for the weekend...he was concerned that i keep my eyes open for deer crossing the road

golden rule is they rarely travel alone so if you see one cross the road as you approach their could be 6-9 more right behind it....be careful out there
