Cheese steak joint in Philly

I sense a mass hipforums cheese steak out... whos by philly and wants to eat?

 

believe it or not there is this irish pub 50 miles from me in saratoga springs NY that has the best reubin ive ever had sans me making my own...i cant remember the name of the place...gee i wonder why?

all I know, it takes some philly cream cheese, some shaved beef, some peppers and onions, and thousand island? or whatever...... and bread.

 

They are made in so many different ways, with what toppings.

Some like all the extras you named, and mushrooms and sauce too. Some are just the cheese and fried onions and the good roll.
